Leca Moose, Hygienist
Leca has been providing healthcare and patient education for over 35 years. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing with her Registered Nurse license in 1983. She sees being both an R.N. and a dental hygienist as a real advantage. Because of her in depth knowledge of the systems of the human body and her work experience caring for patients with varied and multiple problems involving those systems, she has a special appreciation for how oral health impacts the overall health of the human body. In her words, “I think of myself as an R.N. with a specialization in oral health.”
One of Leca’s main goals is to educate and empower the people she serves. She believes it is paramount to realize how important oral health is and how it affects our overall health. She sees it as of upmost importance to encourage patients to make oral health a priority in their lives. With that in view, quality care, patient education and patient comfort are Leca’s top priorities.
